Owners’ comments
Brand new cottage, with great view South over the ski resort and the Parc des Laurentides. Snowmobiler's paradise with large parking for pick ups and trailers on either side. Main
skidoo trail next door, Spa l'Éternel and Bar\resto la Yourte within walking distance. Large open room
facing South includes: kitchen and 8' island with Granite counter tops, dining room with best view
in the Valinouet resort. 9' ceilings finished in pine. Led lighting everywhere. Large entrance 6 x 9' with heated
floor and two 6' hanging lockers. There is an enclosed Gazebo 12 x 12 for summertime Al Fresco dining' and space underneath for 2 snowmobiles. Downstairs we have 3 bedrooms fully furnished with queen size beds,
large lockers, dresserts, tables. Main bathroom includes; bath, separated tile shower, heated floor,
quality washer/dryer, including ventilation for every room. Central vacuum cleaner.
Isolation is tops with R-60 ceilings; Isolofoam 3/4" plus 18" of blown fiberglass. Walls are R-24 with
double layers forens to prevent puncturing with electric boxes, and providing air space behind
the Gypsum. Downstair we have 3" Isolofoam over the 8" concrete, sealed outside. Under the floor
1" of styrofoam and a thick plastic membrane. There is a covered porch on the street side
28' wide by 5' in treated wood with just one step. Towels, sheets, pillows, kitchen hardware, everything
is new and ready. All furniture included. Just bring your personals items and move right in. Fresh mountain water. Never rented.
