Lots of storage upstairs and under the chalet. Good neighborhood and 20 minutes from the city close to convenience stores, grocery stores, gas station in the village. We are at the outlet of the lake, a quiet corner of the lake.

The cottage is supplied by lake water (not edible).
With heating cable in the water pipe that goes to the lake and heating cable on the roof.

There is a descent to the lake for the 4-wheeler, lawn mower and others as well as a fiber optic network rendered on the speedometer box.

*Collective road maintenance (8 trail residents) at the price of $150 annually.
