New logo, same promises

Twenty-five years ago, DuProprio’s colourful little house first appeared on “For sale by owner” signs and in the real estate industry. With pride in the road travelled, it is now time for us to revamp our image and, more importantly, reaffirm our commitment to support and equip home sellers and save them money.
Simple and worry-free
While we’re currently in a period said to be favourable to sellers, the fact remains that a real estate transaction is an emotional and thought-provoking time in the lives of the people involved, whether they’re buying or selling a property. The truth is that the current market also has its share of challenges and opportunities. We have been working side-by-side with sellers for 25 years now, helping to make property sale transactions simple and worry-free.
“Our real estate coaches have been able to help many Quebecers with their selling process over the years,” said Julie Benoit, General Manager & CEO of DuProprio. “Quite a few clients have told us that the support of their DuProprio coach helped them stay the course and not get discouraged, because a significant transaction like this one involves several steps. It’s important to have good support. We’re talking about life’s most important transaction for many people.”
Evolving with the market
While our values and vision remain steadfast after 25 years, it is also good to move forward. The new logo, which will be deployed gradually on our digital platforms and physical supports until the end of 2022, embodies this more modern spirit while remaining consistent with the brand.
It was critical for us to preserve the essence of the DuProprio brand, keeping its colours and making sure not to water down the visual image that Quebecers have come to recognize and like.
As one chapter ends, another begins. Albeit under a new logo, the whole DuProprio team is determined to maintain and even improve our 97%1 satisfaction rate with current and future clients.
