The house is located within 35 min from Tremblant and 5 min from the golf course, snow mobile, bike and VTT paths. Offers a nice view of Nominingue lake. Also features a 20 x 25 ft. insulated garage with a large 10 x 10 ft. door. Close to all services including hospital. Private road leading to the property is less than 1 km and snow removal in winter is done by the Nominingue town.
A beautiful and very quiet place to enjoy.
