Owners’ comments
Gorgeous house built with an open concept. It includes an attached garage with double asphalted driveway and a large fenced backyard with an in-ground pool (salt system).
You enter the house on the main floor though a closed front entrance with large walk-in closet. Under the cathedral roof you can sit in the living room or enjoy a family dinner in the dining area which is separated by a glass gas fireplace (convertible to wood).
The modern kitchen area is beside the solarium that can be turn into an eat-in area with the view and the access of the backyard by the large patio door. The family room is located in the lower level just beside the powder room / laundry room. A large triple patio door brings light to the room and a quick access to the backyard.
On the second floor, a mezzanine opens the view to the main floor. There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has access to the large master bathroom which includes a soaking tub and a shower.
The floors on both upper levels are made of hardwood and tile.
