Nice SKI IN, SKI OUT cottage in Mont Sutton, with 4 bedrooms located on Boulanger road, close to the 1 West chairlift an the Paisible ski trail! You actually leave and arrive on your skis, directly in the backyard! The 80 km of the Sutton hiking trails are equally accessible!
Rare on the market! This large unit offers 4 bedrooms on three floors. There is no apartment for rent in the basement. The ideal chalet for a family! Built in 1987, first floor completely refurbished in 2007, fireplace, living room, wooden kitchen, dining room and powder room, including the washing machine an dryer.
