**BUYING OFFER ACCEPTED** All the advantages of the city and the suburbs reunited in one neighbourhood! Vast 3 1/2 turnkey condo, well divided (no lost space) and very bright, with 2 patio doors and the sun directly over the back balcony all day long. Huge bedroom with enough space to have an office desk. Walk-in. Very peaceful and green neighborhood. One visit will convince you!
