Beautiful family house with 4 sides brick with paved driveway.
The outside of the house has PUNCH for lovers of outdoor activities!
Breathtaking backyard, with a full outdoor kitchen. We leave all the facilities of the outdoor kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher). It is equipped with a center island / bar, which harmonizes perfectly with the landscaping.
Enjoy the in-ground pool (heated), spa, and outdoor fireplace. In addition the backyard is all made of pavers with landscaping with a small waterfall.
The detached garage was converted into a billiard room (4x9 wooden table / slate included in the price!). The garage is insulated and heated, if desired. A bathroom is also present in the garage. The buyer could convert back the garage to a vocation of ''parking'' if desired.
It is possible to easily park for 4 cars in the driway.
INTERIOR
The kitchen and living room are open air types. The oak kitchen cabinets have been updated.
