Very nice house with a PANORAMIC VIEW on a very big lake (15 km). The land, the house, big duck and the BEACH is phenomenal. You will fall in love with it. Build in 1994 with big change in 2011 and a new roof. This property is perfect and you even can buy the furniture if you need it. Nice fresh fish, wonderful VIEW, quiet, big rooms and windows, built with quality wood floor, etc. The value is $347,000 and the price is very reasonable $337,000 (possibility of buying the furniture and boat).
