Beautiful and charming wooden century-old house, built in 1880. 9 foot ceilings. Located in Les Boules sector of Metis-sur-Mer village. With a view on the St. Lawrence river, a pretty fall, and the North Coast, at 5 mn wallk of the village and the nearest beache.
Furthermore, amazing coastal sceneries, outstanding sunsets, and the friendly and dynamic Anglophone and Francophone community will charm you.
Recent renovations and modifications where conducted on the house since 2008. Among them:
The excavation for new foundations and and the addition of a basement with a 8 foot ceiling. Bi-Energy forced-air central heating (electricity and oil). New furnace electrical panel (2014) and surface well (drink water) access in the basement. Cedar exterior finish of the foundation. Additions-updates made during basement renovations: electrical panel, outside access door and 3 windows. Big enough for storage and more.
