Beautiful bright turnkey house with 4 rooms, built in 2007 with a big flat land in a family-friendly and calm neighborhood, near all services and at a 20 minutes drive from Rimouski.
The primary school, the new early childhood center, and parks are all at a stone's throw from the house. (less than a mile)
Big land of 10,053 square feet bordered by a mature cedar hedge with a parking space that can hold up to 6 vehicles.
The shed is 12 x 12 feet with a double door and a ramp for ATVs, snowmobiles, etc.
