Located on 128,000 ft2 (nearly 3 acres) of land, it starts at Route 132 and ends at the edge of the cliff, above Anse-au-Sable.

Construite en 1955, le bungalow d'origine, entièrement rénové, s'est vu ajouté en 2010 un immense garage surplombé d'un 2e étage avec toit cathédrale de 14 pi, donnant accès à une magnifique vue sur le fleuve.
