I'm looking for new owners. I have many advantages that will surely please you! The last years have been good to me ; I had the chance to be refreshed. New windows, new roofs, updated bathrooms, new floor in the basement, new stoops... I feel as if I were 20 years younger!

Kamouraska area is the perfect place for it with its tracks in the mountains and along the rivers, you can do kayak on the Saint-Lawrence River, on rivers and on lake, don't forget the breathtaking landscape ! You like restaurants with a special and unique menu? Perfect, too! Kamouraska area has a lot of good addresses. One of them is only 10 minutes by foot from me!
