Owners’ comments
Lovely cottage next to the St. Lawrence Seaway. The walls and the ceilings are made of 3½ inches pine boards. A cabinetmaker built a beautiful maple wood staircase with a central shaft giving a special style to the house. A large window in the living room used as well as the dining room allow us to see the wonderful sunsets on the sea way. There is a bathroom on each and every floor.
The house has a central vacuum cleaner. A finished exterior entrance takes you directly to the basement. Furthermore, a section of the basement left into concrete can be used as a cool room.
A patio, next to the sea, was built, offering a superb view of the sea way. All the windows and doors have canopies which give a little something special to the house. The yard is surrounded with a honeysuckle edge. There are also two sheds.
A wall of rocks was added in 2010 with a waterproofness membrane.
