- The condo is super bright. The sunrises and sunsets are magnificent.
- The bike path is just behind. A tennis court nearby. Biking, running, and cross-country skiing can be enjoyed from home.
- The Golf Club is within walking distance as is the Auberge Godefroy.
- Very good neighborhood with the other co-owners. All very nice and courteous. Everyone has their privacy, it is rare for us to cross paths.
- If it wasn't for a job change, we would definitely have stayed in this little piece of paradise.
- C'est possible de profiter de la quiétude du quartier familiale tout en étant à 10 minutes du centre-ville de Trois-Rivières.
- Le condo est hyper lumineux. Les levers et couchers de soleil sont magnifiques.
- La piste cyclable est juste derrière. Une terrain de tennis à proximité. C'est possible de faire du vélo, de la course et du ski de fond à partir de la maison.
- Le Club de golf est à distance de marche tout comme l'Auberge Godefroy.
- Très bon voisinage avec les autres copropriétaires. Tous très gentils et courtois. Chacun à son intimité, il est rare que l'on se croise.
- Si ce n'était pas d'un changement d'emploi, nous serions assurément restés dans ce petit coin de paradis.
