Stylish modern bungalow of 1 floor 1/2 with a beautiful lot bordered by a small river.
More than 120 sugar maple trees, 20 large oaks, 7 black walnuts, 8 blueberry plants, 12 haskap plants, (enough to feed a family) and more.
In the backyard, there is an old building (barn) of 1241,5 square feet used as a garage. It would be a good deal to rebuild one bigger than the house.
The house was almost completely rebuilt in 2017. This custom house was designed in a higher durability way and very ergonomic.
Front patio: Heavy-duty steel structure with industrial epoxy primer and high-quality urethane painting. The floor was built with high quality recycled plastic boards (25 years warranty model). Wooden steps and aluminum handrails.
Back patio: The floor, same plastic boards. Handrails and wooden steps.
Roofing: Rustproof sheets without joint with a membrane. Reinforced beam structure with anti-tornado fixing.
