Nice bungalow situated in Bay Saint Paul, Charlevoix.
A spacious yard with a beautiful view on the mountains.
On quiet street and with no neighbours in the back.
Only a few minutes walk to the center of the town, the Saint-Lawrence River.
Near schools, the hospital, art galleries and the main business area.
This bungalow is ideal for a family or a retired couple because there are two rooms on the main floor and a possibilité of two more in the basement.
This could also be a secondary home for your vacations with a rental possibility when you are away.
A great numbers of sporting activities are possible within a short distance: golfing , alpine skiing at the Massif of Charlevoix , cross-country skiing at the Sentier des caps, salmons fishing, canoeing, bicycling , paragliding and back packing.
