My house (property) purchased in 2001 to open there by the fact my company computer.
For 15 years I have not ceased to improve in every direction and every side. Isolation remade has all the old electrical wire size replaced with new electrical boxes also are new. There are 3 hydro meter for apartments (rentals). The soiling was done in 2012 and the court of foundations by experts (Béton Laurier Laurier Station) apartment and finishing the basement in July 2015 and ever since rented. A rear extension of the house 33X16 was made the same year (2012) for a new lounge and kitchen (trust Wall and Ultra Tech Laurier Station) outside the wood shingle cedar and black spruce decline complexion and a large front porch. Every every everything was redone in this house almost comparable to new construction. The parking for its construction is 2010 24 X 40 3-door, the floor may heat through a pipe into the floor, the water thus the health .The house roof was made at the same time that major renovations in 2012. the oldest frame which are all without exception PVC date for a dozen years. The newest are from 2012. The old kitchen called summer kitchen as was said before is now a commercial space (rented Office currently a surveyor). Basically this house almost equivalent to new construction or almost three new electrical entries dating from 2012 as well as all electrical wiring. New apartment basement rented computer also rent the premises for 15 years. House well maintained and therefore pertaining to $ 18,000 annually, a good boost for the payments ...
