Superb 2 storey house on the banks of the river located on Île-aux-Grues. This residence is divided to suit one or two families.
It has 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 kitchens. You have a living room that easily turns into a home theater with gas fireplace while in the other part you find a large dining room with lounge and wood fireplace.
Adjacent to the large kitchen built in 2011 we find an isolated gazebo (three seasons) of 15' diameter, a wooden patio, a 12' x 17' solarium and a functional ancestral bread oven. The site and the view are exceptional and renowned.
The plot, completely landscaped, includes a sugar hut, half of which is isolated, a space for an above ground pool and a space for a caravan. Two artesian wells supply the residence and the garden respectively.
In the backyard there is a large 36' x 46' two-storey garage serving as a warehouse for boats.
Two years ago the septic facilities at the front of the residence were redone. A BIONEST system with UV lamp has been installed.
