For ownership in spring - Brick house with cedar clapper sides and back, crank PVC windows + 1 patio door, 3-season apartment with spa, cast concrete foundation. Very good construction. Very good neighborhood. It is a very solid house that has been brought up to date over the years. In the 3-season solarium, there is a 4-year spa for 4 people. This house is on a private street of 3 houses. It is the last one so a lot of privacy and a safe place for children to play. On the ground, there are a lot of trees, including 1 lilac and 2 apple trees. Ideal house for a family with fireplace in the basement.
For the 3 houses on the street: The cost to remove snow from the street and each of our private entrances is $533.00 per house per winter, nothing else to pay and very good service from the contractor who does it (it is the owner of the street who takes care of finding the contractor at the best price for us).
Also, your handyman will love the huge workshop in the basement.The village is classified as one of the most beautiful in Quebec. Pour prise de possession au printemps - Maison en briques avec les côtés et l'arrière en clapbord de cèdre, fenestration en PVC a manivelle + 1 porte patio, appartement 3 saisons avec spa, fondation de béton coulé. Très bonne construction. Grenier très bien isolé, sous-sol aménagé. Elle a une sortie extérieure par le sous-sol et vous pouvez y stationner plusieurs voitures. Il y a un walk-in dans la cuisine (voir les photos)
Sur le côté, grosse haie séparant notre maison avec celle de notre seul voisin qui nous donne une intimité certaine (cette haie leur appartient donc rien à entretenir pour nous). Très bon voisinage. C'est une maison bien solide et mise au goût du jour au fil des ans. Dans le solarium 3 saisons, il y a un spa de 4 ans pour 4 personnes. Cette maison est dans une rue privée de 3 maisons. Elle est la dernière donc beaucoup d'intimité et de place sécuritaire pour faire jouer les enfants. Sur le terrain, il y a beaucoup d'arbres, dont 1 lilas et 2 pommiers. Maison idéale pour une famille avec foyer au sous-sol.
Pour les 3 maisons de la rue: Le coût pour déneiger la rue et chacune de nos entrées privées est de 533,00$ par maison par hiver, rien d'autre a payer et très bon service de l'entrepreneur qui le fait (c'est le propriétaire de la rue qui s'occupe de trouver l'entrepreneur au meilleur prix pour nous). Également votre bricoleur adorera l'immense atelier du sous-sol.
Le village est classé comme étant l'un des plus beaux du Québec. Patrimonial il est de toute beauté avec une école primaire, un bureau de poste, des parcs divers, dont un parc municipal pour les enfants, une bibliothèque municipale, au moins 2 garages mécaniques, un magasin général, une crêperie, un restaurant plus un casse-croûte très apprécié, une église patrimoniale magnifique, un quai pour ceux qui possèdent une embarcation ou juste pour marcher sur le bord du fleuve et quoi encore. Vous pouvez en marchant voir le fleuve tout le long du chemin de Tilly. Vous avez un VR, un fifthweel ou autre pas de problème la cour est grande.
Exclusions: Choses personnelles et meubles
Inclusions: Store fait sur mesure pour le salon et l'entrée - store acheté en magasin pour salle de bain et chambres secondaires, lave-vaisselle, poêle au sous-sol . Le tout fonctionne sans problème, mais est laissé sans garantie légale.
Il y a un échangeur d'air mural que nous avons fait poser pour changer l'air, la climatisation, le chauffage et autres, au besoin.
