Owners’ comments
Duplex located between St-Étienne and St-Gilles, 18 minutes from bridges. Very large lot totaling 53,000 ft2 with lots of green space and a huge +/- 1,150 ft2 garage. Ample parking for more than a dozen cars! The 6 1/2 is currently rented with a lease ending in June 2025. The basement (4 1/2) is not currently rented, as we've just finished renovating the kitchen and the rest of the unit. A great income property, bi-generation or even to take over as a whole house!
