Pretty century-old country house, located in Sainte-Marie-de-Beauce, 1.6 kilometers from all services. The original building dating from the 1900s was completely renovated in 1998. The lounge part was added at the same time. We acquired it in 2015 and since then, we have redone all the roofs, changed 5 windows, installed hardwood flooring in the living room, redone the kitchen, including polyester cabinets, quartzite counters and a new island with hardwood top, as well as the upstairs bathroom. The wood and electric furnace was also installed when we took possession. The addition of a gazebo (shelter) and a barbecue kitchenette area adds to the pleasure of living outside during the summer season. The view of the valley, the river and the city of Sainte-Marie is magnificent. It is a very comfortable house where it is good to live!

Jolie demeure champêtre centenaire, située à Sainte-Marie-de-Beauce à 1,6 kilomètre de tous les services. La bâtisse originale datant des années 1900 a été rénovée de fond en comble en 1998. La partie salon a été rajoutée à ce même moment. Nous en avons fait l'acquisition en 2015 et depuis, nous avons refait toutes les toitures, avons changé 5 fenêtres, installé un plancher de bois franc dans le salon, refait la cuisine, ceci incluant des armoires en polyester, comptoirs en quartzite et un nouvel îlot, dessus en bois franc, ainsi que la salle de bain du haut. La fournaise au bois et à l'électricité a aussi été installée lors de notre prise de possession. L'ajout d'un gazebo (abri) et d'un coin cuisinette barbecue ajoute au plaisir de vivre dehors durant la saison estivale. La vue sur la vallée, la rivière et la ville de Sainte-Marie est magnifique. C'est une maison très confortable où il fait bon vivre !
