Superb semi-detached built in 2009 and renovated in 2021. The most beautiful view of the Chaudière Valley from Sainte-Marie! Southwest facing backyard, enjoying the sun all day and offering magnificent sunsets. Mature cedar hedges providing a lot of privacy. No neighbours in the back. Easy to access, 5 minutes from highway 73. Semi-detached's neighbours are the first occupants, very friendly and respectful.
