Nice old house with character with 4 bedrooms and a play room. Perfect for your family. It is situated at the entrance of the village and close to lake Massawippi. Ayer's Cliff is a great town to live in, it has many commodities and is close to Magog, Coaticook, North Hatley and US border and has quick and easy access to highway.
