Magnificent two-storey home with attached garage. The main floor living room is equipped with a propane fireplace.
We invite you to consult plan number W2461 on Dessin Drummond's website that was purchased to build our home. Take note that we added approximately two feet to the dining room and modified the layout of the second floor bathroom. The lunch counter was also replaced by a large island in the kitchen. The basement is completely finished ''L'' with lots of storage. Siding on house is in Maibec on all four sides.
The backyard is surrounded by a seven feet cedar hedge and a 10' X 12' shed is included, as well as a heated (propane) above-ground pool and a 12' X 12' patio space to enjoy campfires.
