This home offers a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The gardens are filled with hardy local plants chosen for their ease of maintenance, beauty, and benefit to pollinators. Birds and bees love to visit the property. On summer nights you can walk to the mountain on paths lit by fireflies.

Newly installed stone paths and a custom hemlock fence define a tranquil backyard for dogs, children, and adults to enjoy. The kitchen has been upgraded with a gas range, which can also supply propane to a grill on the porch. Sunlight fills the house year-round. The neighborhood includes two playgrounds within a minute's walk.

Quick possession is available with the possibility to include a custom-built boat rack, A/C unit, and several pieces of furniture. Sorry, the bear is not included.

When we purchased the house a previous owner passed by and told us the house had good energy and that her family spent happy years there. We must agree with her.
