Beautiful 22 x 24 ft three-season cottage located on the Saint-François River in Bury, 30 minutes from Sherbrooke. The river is navigable for 16 km. The 13,700 square foot lot, including 80 feet overlooking the river, is located at the end of a private road (only two neighbors further away) and is a very relaxing place

Le terrain de 13 700 pi2, dont 80 pieds donnant sur la rivière, est situé au bout d'un chemin privé (seulement deux voisins plus loin) et est un endroit très reposant.
La chambre au 2e étage est à aire ouverte sur une longueur de 24 pi comprenant 4 lits, deux doubles et deux simples. Le mobilier de salon et cuisine a été construit en bois, sur place pour procurer beaucoup de rangement. L'eau potable est alimentée par un puits artésien et est commun avec 2 voisins, entretien fait par les 3 propriétaires à parts égales (contrat notarié). Sur le terrain en deuxième rang, est construit un garage 14 x 24 pi avec plancher de béton et la fosse septique est située sur ce même terrain.
La toiture du chalet a été remplacée il y a trois ans et celle du garage il y a deux ans.
