Magnificent chalet 4 seasons 2012, view(sight) and deprived access to the Lake Lyster, in front of majestic Mount Pinnacle to Coaticook (Baldwin Mills) in Estrie. Ground rented(praised) on a site of holiday resort. Sold completely furnished(filled) and equipped. Situated in 15 minutes of Foresta Lumina, in 385 path(way) Seguin 204 Coaticook. The chalet was very well maintained and is in excellent condition. The chalet has an outside finish of Canexel and roof of shingle. Includes a small house 10 x 10. Possibility of rent by the future owner (income).
The Domain of the Lake Lyster, situated in the valley of Coaticook, is an exceptional and peaceful site of holiday resorts which allies nature and life of condo. The outdoor lovers and the Epicureans will discover it a hangout to exercise their passions there.
