Superb condo.
Beautiful and very spacious 5 1/2 ground floor, very bright. Kitchen with a large walk-in closet and plenty of storage as well as a large 6-and-a-half-foot island. Open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. Available for inspection of the condo in July 2023 = A1 as well as cleaning of the ducts and the air exchanger (supporting invoice).
Master bedroom with a very large wardrobe. The entire condo has been updated, adding an LED mirror and anti-fog system in the bathroom. Separate laundry room with storage. A very spacious electrical room. Front concrete terrace 10' x 5'.
