At the heart of the village of Frelighsburg. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms on the second floor. On the first floor, big open area followed by a great cuisine giving onto the patio. On the second floor, bathroom, rooms and office. Walls isolated in the sprayed(pulverized) foam(moss). Electricity and plumbing changed. Situated a few minutes away from walking of all the services: grocer's shop, S.A.Q, hardware store, primary school, day nursery, pedestrian park, restaurants (Les Sucreries, Les 2 clochers) artistic activities among which Festiv' Art, Art galleries. In the pleasure to show you the house. Any offer will be respectfully considered.Taxes seem high, the municipality having built a new system of égoût and aqueduct. These should undergo a reduction by a few years. As for the heating, the installation of a wood-fired heating would be advantageous and more pleasant.
