Beautiful duplex with a fence and 18' cedar hedge around the property. Very well located, walking distance to center of town, golf course, bicycle and walking path, cross country skiing etc.... Mature landscaping with an inground 20' x 40' pool. There is also a year round guest house 20' x 24', (swiss chalet style with bedroom on second floor), very well decorated. The 5 1/2 app. on the second floor has a panoramic view, and is available immediately. The app. on the first floor is occupied by the owner, and is also available immediately. Stop looking, this place is a must see.
