Welcome to our small haven of peace. Our warm house surrounded by greenery and forest, located at the end of the street and isolated from road noise, offers you peace and tranquility. Bienvenue dans notre petit havre de paix. Notre chaleureuse maison entourée de verdure et de forêt, se trouvant au bout de la rue et isolée des bruits de la route, vous offre paix et tranquillité. Vous pouvez y entendre le chant des oiseaux, le bruissement des feuilles dans les arbres et profiter de la beauté de la nature environnante en toutes saisons.
Située dans un secteur recherché près de tous les services; écoles, soins de santé, épicerie Avril, pistes cyclables (route verte et montagnarde), Marais de la rivière aux Cerises, Plage des Cantons sur le majestueux lac Memphrémagog (à 12 minutes de marche), hôpital.
Quoi de plus agréable en été que de parcourir à pied ou à vélo le sentier longeant le lac, admirer la vue, s'arrêter à la plage municipale, reprendre jusqu'au quai McPherson pour contempler le coucher de soleil, et marcher ensuite jusqu'au bout de la pointe Merry. En hiver, vous pourrez refaire le même chemin en glissant sur vos patins, grâce au Sentier Glacé (2.8 km) aménagé à cet effet pour le plus grand plaisir de toutes et de tous.

De retour à la maison après ces belles activités en compagnie de votre famille et de vos ami(e)s vous pourrez profiter du confort de votre foyer. La cuisine accueillante, alliant rustique et moderne, très fonctionnelle avec un espace laveuse-sécheuse judicieusement dissimulé dans la cuisine, un poêle à bois au salon offrant une douce chaleur, une salle à manger pour y prendre un bon repas en famille ou entre ami(e)s et la possibilité que les plus jeunes se regroupent entre eux dans une salle familiale aménagée pour eux.
