WATERFRONT. Beautiful 4 seasons cottage on spectacular Lake Bowker with 75 feet of private shoreline including a small sandy beach and a long floating dock. Accessible all year round. The house is built exceptionnaly close to the lake with a fantastic view. Well kept and interior entirely renovated in 2014, including the entire electric and plumbing systems, with great features such as heated entrance and bathroom floors and a beautiful soap stone kitchen counter. Also included: central vacuum system, recent roofing and retractable awning. As a bonus, a nice wooden treehouse facing the lake - for the pleasure of big and small!

About Lake Bowker

This magnificent lake of 6.2 km long has a maximal depth of 206 feet. The lake is fed by underground springs, which explains its exceptionally clear water, and drinkable, whose clarity can reach 30 feet. Very popular with boaters and divers particular. This headwater lake was popular in the past for certification of divers. Finally, we find a large variety of fish to the delight of fishermen. Motor boats are allowed on the lake but they are few.
