A lovely light filled house in the Jacques Cartier borough. The house backs onto the Sherbrooke golf course, with direct access from the yard, and great views of the golf course itself from the 2nd floor balcony. This house has been extensively updated and includes a fireplace, as well as a deck and spa. The 2nd floor bathrooms are both ensuite. While the appliances are as is, they remain in very good condition.
This house is well located for both private and public transport. Close to major shopping districts, to schools, parks, and recreational facilities, the house includes a garage and two outdoor parking spots.
The appliances, spa, heat pump, and central vacuum are included without warranty.
