Under the City's evalution value. Lovely bungalow in a quiet environment (cul-de-sac), very, very clean and very well maintained, contemporary style. Very bright. Cathedral ceiling in part of the open area. Fireplace in living room and fireplace in the basement. All brick onstruction and insulation beyond the standards. Nicely landscaped backyard near the new commercial development, Plaza de l'Ouest.
