Magnificent open-concept house built in 2016 located in a family neighborhood, on a street with little traffic. Very close to a park, a primary school (close enough for children to walk to), a grocery store, and 10 minutes from the mall (Carrefour de l'Estrie). It is also very close to highways 10, 55 and 410.
The yard is fenced on 3 sides and a cedar hedge on the other side for more privacy, it also includes a shed (8x10) and a treated wood patio (12x12).
A superb stained wooden staircase brings you to a completely finished basement with a workshop or storage room according to your preferences. The basement powder room is spacious and ready to receive a bath or shower to be a complete bathroom. The basement bedroom has a nice walk-in closet with mirror doors.
Every room in the house has network outlets going under the stairs.
A new heat pump was installed less than a year ago (summer 2023), 60 60-gallon water heater, and parking for 4 vehicles.
