Charming house surrounded by nature with a large lot of 2.3 acres (96,983 square feet) located in rock-forest in a beautiful quiet area close to all services, 5 min. from the highway, 15 min. from Magog, 20 min. from the CHUS and 10 minutes from the crossroads of Estrie.
