Warm house, located in the northern district of Sherbrooke near Beckett Woods, peaceful street, driveway in paving stone, heated swimming pool (18`x36`), fence in back and cedar hedges, yard of 70 ft by 167 ft., landscaped with mature trees in the back that ensures privacy. Heated double garage with storage, brick house with exterior acrylic coating requires no maintenance.
House has 5 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms on 2nd floor and a large bedroom in the basement.
