Owners’ comments
Charming house of style «maison de vétéran». Well located close to the Hotel-Dieu hospital in a nice neighbourhood of similar houses.
The house is well lit and has a well thought layout. The kitchen is very functional and includes a small built-in dishwasher. The dinning room can easily sit 8 people and has a lot of sunshine from the windows facing South and West. There is a full bathroom on the ground floor and a simple bathroom on the first floor where both bedroom are located. The basement with 7 feet of clearance and a concrete slab is ideal for a small workshop and storage.
A terrace is located at the back of the house facing West to allows to benefit from the sunset. It is surrounded by mature trees. There is a large shed with a lot of storage space.
