Charming triplex, ideal for homeowners. Located near services (bus 14 Sherbrooke university, daycare just in front and near the city center ... market station, grocery store, etc. ..) The location is unique (cul-de-sac) and the back ground will charm you with its large garden and stunning views. The neighboring land is not suitable for the construction, it is the forest in town! Large shed for owner and sheds for tenants. The roofs of the galleries are new and the roof of the building is in perfect condition. All the galleries have been repainted and multiple renovations have been conducted (fences, gutters and structure). 2 almost new kitchens in appartements and one totally new one at the 1076 (see pictures).
