A charming cottage style house situated in a beautiful natural scenery on the edge of Lac des Trois-Milles, at the foot of Mont Sainte-Cécile; About fifteen kilometers from Lac-Mégantic, which offers all the main services (hospital, schools, shops, arena, swimming pool and more).
Ideal place for quiet and relaxation, as a chalet or main house; as much for a young couple who would like to grow as needed as for older people looking for peace and tranquility over the seasons.
All the residents around the lake have united to protect the quality of its water: The fishing is good (walleye, perch, bass, trout...). The water is clean enough to bathe in it with joy.
A mezzanine with access to the balcony is adjacent to the room and that could be easily and cheaply converted into a closed room.
