NEW PRICE Beautiful condo renovated in 2008 at the time of the transformation of the building into a condominium. Large patio at ground level giving access to the magnificent pool located a few feet away. High-performance gas fireplace that heats the condo in record time.
Everything is included in the price, appliances: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, all cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, kitchen accessories, coffee machine, toaster, bedding, towels, washer, dryer, kitchen island and stools, kitchen table and 6 chairs, living room furniture: leather loveseat, armchair, corner cabinet, side table and ottoman / chest and TV with a built-in CD / DVD player as well as outdoor furniture : lounge chair, single chairs, loveseats and BBQ connected to the propane gas of the apartment (no gas tank necessary).
There is ample storage in the basement for sporting goods (bicycles, skis, etc.). The basement is heated and ventilated to keep the equipment dry. The access is easy from the inside and there is also an independent external door to favor the entrance and the exit with the sports equipments.
The condo is at ground level and is located a few steps from Mount Sutton's # 1 Chair. When we get back from the ski, we slide to the very entrance of our basement. In short, it's a real ski-in / ski-out! In addition, the many hiking trails of the Sutton Natural Environment Park (nearly 58 km of trails) are nearby and within walking distance of the condo.
The condo has a good soundproofing which increases the comfort of the occupants. Annual heating costs are minimal.
It is a paradise for athletes, and this, in any season.
