House for sale in Caplan, very well located, facing the sea area in Gaspésie with a breathtaking view. House with income therefore ideal as a first property because it facilitates the application for the mortgage loan. So you can live in the house on both floors and have an income at the same time with the small loft on the right side of the house, inhabited by a nice lady for several years. The house has two bedrooms upstairs with a large living room which overlooks the sea. Downstairs it has an entrance with a laundry room, an independent bathroom, an open-concept kitchen, and a dining room with a small bar counter with a view of the sea to have a coffee in the morning. It has a small veranda-style entrance, unheated in winter, adjacent to the kitchen at the back of the house. At the front of the house on the left side, is a small loft which has been fitted out 2 years ago small kitchenette large bedroom, and a full bathroom that I rented on Airbnb but which could be used as a master bedroom with a private bathroom for the house if someone wants bigger and doesn't want to rent this part. It also has an old garage next door which can be used for storage for now, but which can also be destroyed later to use the land for a new house construction, because the land is wide enough to be divided in two according to the surveyor.
