Owners’ comments
This large solid house, with sunny panoramic views of the sea and the mountains, was factory-built in 2002. A mezzanine and a balcony on the 2nd floor allow you to follow the moon and the sun over the sea.
On the main floor, there are the following: a kitchen, an open-space dining room and living room, 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, and a washer / dryer.
Two-thirds of the basement has been upgraded. It has a bathroom, a kitchenette and a very large soundproof room which could be used for an office or separated into 2 separate rooms. The last 3rd of the basement has been partially renovated and could be used for a workshop and/or storage. The parking area on the property could accommodate several cars.
