Owners’ comments
Estate including 2 houses and a land of 7 179,90 s.m.
Some fixtures and antique furnitures included.
Regional heritage house (built in 1890). Since he bought the estate (2008) the owner has maintained and arranged with meticulousness the house and land according to the ancestral look.
The main building offers 10 rooms - the sea-front solarium being my favorite.
A secondary house (24' X 40') was built in 2012 - the same style as the main house - and offers a large room (cathedral ceiling), overlooking the sea (POOL TABLE, kitchenette, ancestral wood cooker), full bathroom, and bedroom on a mezzanine.
In the backyard, you will also find large wood storage, a garage (over concrete slab and inside covered in cherry wood - perfect for car storage), and a shed.
Attached to the main house, the first small house (constructed in 1850) is now used as a storage.
Some pieces of equipment are also included.
Restored to modern standards: roof, electricity, plumbing, outdoor doors and windows, insulation, basement insulation (polyurethane), both chimneys, kitchen (plumbing and electricity), sockets, and more.
Nearby is the Hotel Grande-Vallée and the public beach. You can also walk to the stores (grocery, hardware, drugstore, etc.).
This property is perfect if you are an ancestral house lover or if you are looking for an overlooking-the-sea paradise.
