Located on the garden side, far from the noise of automobiles, the large windows open onto a partly covered private terrace of 12 x 30 feet bordered by grass and a deciduous hedge. Natural gas for the BBQ, electricity and running water are present on the terrace. Forced air heating and air conditioning is complemented by a heated floor in the bathroom and a natural gas fireplace in the living room. A heated indoor double (tandem) garage equipped with a type 2 outlet for electric cars is included with private closed storage of 8 x 8 feet.
