Owners currently live in one of the units that will be available.
Magnificent, well-maintained quadruplex, located a few steps from Montée Masson where you will find merchants, grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants. You can also put on your snowshoes, cross-country ski boots and access the slopes/trails of the Grand Coteau park from the quadruplex without having to take your car. Public transport passes in front of the Plex. Quick access to autoroutes 25 and 640. Excellent tenants (3) and a unit is available for you as the owners occupy one of the units. The unit they occupy has undergone renovations in the kitchen and bathroom. Other improvements were made:
Complete caulking 2019
Replace mulch and paving too close to the building with river stone to optimize drainage
Redo the pavement to correct the sloap near the front and rear balconies as well as the polymer sand.
Water tanks have all been changed. One in 2017 and three in 2021.
One of the rear balconies was changed in 2022.o
