Magnifique maison ,avec accès au lac Quesnel, vous pouvez y mettre votre embarcation, ou vous pouvez prendre les trail de skidoo dans le domaine ,l'hiver comme l'été ,des trails sont entretenus pour le ski de fond,ou pour les promenades,qui passent dans des endroit féerique , les cascades sont à couper le souffle !
apres une baignade ou sortie en bateau,vous pourrez profiter d'un gazebo plus que confortable,ou peut etre préférer vous prendre un petit verre au son de la cascade naturelle sur votre terrain?
une chose est sûre qu'il fait bon vivre dans cette maison.....
la cuisine avec beaucoup de rangement et sont îlot énorme en granite est le coeur de la maison ,le salon et la salle à manger inondée de lumière toute l'année,une thermopompe à trois têtes vous donne la fraîcheur voulue ou chauffe en hiver .
En cas de panne électrique,un panneau pour la génératrice est installé...
le deuxième salon au ras de jardin est équipé d'un poêle a bois à l'efficacité impressionnante,un système avec fan vous monte la chaleur a l'étage ,pour plus d'efficacité énergétique.
