The Hotel Saint-Donat was completely renovated in 2012 and is meticulously maintained.
It has 5 studios with kitchenettes and living rooms as well as two apartments with full kitchens and dining room with full kitchen. The whole thing includes 22 pieces. It also has a lovely sauna and a spa with an outdoor shower. Ample parking for 10 cars.
The Hotel Saint-Donat is located in the center of the village, a perfect location!
All activities are nearby: the municipal beach, marina, access to the lake (for boating, sailboating, and for kayaking or canoeing), mountain biking trails, all-terrain vehicle-ATV trails, and snowmobile trails, free outdoor shows throughout the summer, two ski centers are also nearby as well as hiking trails, children's parks, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and much much more.
A business with excellent income and satisfied customers who come back year after year.
