Dreaming of a country home?

You can find it in Lanaudiere at 181 Des Aulnaies Street, St-Michel-des-Saints.

It is located in the village center on a lot filled with a large variety of different trees of good quality. The house is a stucco sand color with windows that are energy efficient. They are decorated with yellow awnings. It is sunny from the rising of the sun to the sunset. By car, you are at 10 minutes from the Lac Taureau, which is navigable, and the municipal beach.

It is a centenary property renovated 3 times that kept numerous original elements that makes her charming. It is heated by electric baseboards and by a wood stove  ''Yotul'' that is very practical during an electric shortage. You can also light it up to simply admire the flames.

The original barn still remains and it is now used as a garage and as a workshop. It also offers extra storage room.

The house is close to the daycare, the primary school, and the high school. The retail stores, the health center, and the activity center are a few minutes away.
